Nicole in the Courtroom

Sorry, we haven’t uploaded the latest installment of the Simple Life. It will be posted either later today or tomorrow. So keep checking back. Yesterday, Nicole’s Lawyer was in the courtroom for a hearing regarding Nicole’s DUI from last December. Nicole has decided she will fight the charge in hopes of not spending a day in jail.

Nicole last December was found driving the wrong way on a L.A freeway. She later admitted to officials that she had, in fact, been under the influence. She said she had smoked pot and taken Vicoden. Since she has had a DUI previous to this one the outcome is much worse.

If convicted Nicole could face a minimum of five days and a maximum of a year in Jail. The next court date is unknown at the moment.

I don’t think she will be convicted. As I’ve said in previous articles I think that Nicole has seen the success that has come from Paris’ trip to jail and just wants the same. It is quite the smart move, PR-wise. I also think that if she does have a baby on the way she is less likely to be convicted.
