It has been reported that Nicole Richie and her boyfriend Joel Madden are having a baby boy. The couple are set to have their first child in December. Richie was spotted visiting the Los Angeles’ Cedars-Sinai Medical Center on July 25 where she reportedly found out the sex of the baby by ultrasound.
25-year-old Richie said that she wants a huge family with “three girls and twin boys.” Richie, who was adopted by singer Lionel Richie, says she would also consider adopting, saying “Definitely I’m adopted.”
“Nicole wanted a girl,” a source revealed. “but she’s happy she’s having a boy. She’s having fun planning for the baby’s shopping, picking out names and designing a nursery.”
