No, Nicole Richie will not marry Joel Madden next week as suspected- because of the Good Charlotte tour in Australia, they will have to wait. Last week, TMZ claimed that Nicole and Joel would exchange vows in Laguna, CA on October 13- maybe they changed their minds? TMZ even went as far as to name the wedding planners for the event- can’t a celebrity have a private wedding anymore, this is an invasion of privacy. A source told US Weekly, “We are all laughing about it. The tour is still on and they have no marriage plans yet.” Also wedding organizer, Lorraine Keseloff denied involvement in the alleged Richie/Madden wedding. She says, “I have no idea how this all got started. It’s been the most bizarre weekend. It’s all completely false.”

So apparently, Joel and Nicole are to get married sometime in the next few months, I assume. It would be romantic for it to be a New Years wedding or maybe even a Christmas wedding; I guess only time will tell.

Although the pair do want to walk down the aisle, it won’t be this month as reports have claimed.

Nicole Richie and Joel Madden are planning to honeymoon in Australia, where their unborn baby was conceived. It was when they spent time there for the Australian MTV Awards early 2007. Apparently Joel Madden and his band, Good Charlotte, are touring Australia in October 07, so there is a chance that they could marry in September. It does appear doubtful that this will
happen because of statements that they won’t marry until their child is born. One thing is true, they fell in love with Australia when they first visited together in early 2007 and will definitely honeymoon there in the future.

Apparently Nicole Richie and Joel Madden will wait until after the birth of their child to get married. Which will be early 2008, if they still plan on marrying each other. She says that she doesn’t want the child to one day think that its parents got married because of pregnancy. One good reason is that Nicole wants the time to plan her dream wedding that she always has wanted. In addition to her upcoming nuptials and her pregnancy, she still has to serve her 96 hour sentence before September 28 for her DUI.

Sources who attended a Hot 99.5 concert last night in D.C., featuring Madden’s band Good Charlotte say that Joel told the crowd that he proposed to Nicole on Thursday. It is looking as if their child will be born in wedlock and hopefully they’ll have a great future together as a family.

Regis Philbin broached the subject this morning when he welcomed Madden and his band, Good Charlotte, to ABC’s “Live with Regis and Kelly.” “You’re going to present her, maybe, with – did I hear the right thing, or should I not even talk about this?” Regis said to Joel. When Madden replied with an “uh, what?,” Regis quickly got to the point.”A little ring, or something,” he prodded.”I was hoping it would be a surprise,” laughed Madden, “but uh…”But nothing! Joel didn’t finish the sentence.

Regis, with a quick “ah dammit,” turned straight to Joel’s identical twin brother, Benji, and said, “What’s new with you, big boy?”Madden’s and Richie’s lips have been sealed about when (and if) they intend to marry, but could Joel have hinted at something real when Regis put him on the spot?Only time will tell. Online.

According to Perez Hilton, Nicole Richie and Joel Madden ARE getting married soon. I have come to the conclusion that Nicole Richie and Joel Madden will be getting married, just because of the millions of different articles that support it. However, I’m still not sure about the baby, but that will all show shortly once she hits her third month of pregnancy.
