As most of you know – if you don’t, now you do – Nicole Richie is Michael Jackson’s godchild. Now that the King of Pop has rest in peace already, many are actually wondering if Nicole Richie and her boyfriend, Joel Madden are considering of naming their second baby after Jacko.

Star Magazine sources report that the couple has decided to call the new addition to their family Michael or Michelle (Nicole insists not to find out their baby’s sex until she gives birth) in honor of the pop icon.

A friend of the two shares, “She wasn’t planning on naming the baby after him, but she thinks its fitting now that he’s gone.”

“Joel is OK with the choices. He was a big fan of Michael too,” adds a spy.

“Nicole is devastated by Michael’s death. She loved him, and it happened so suddenly.”

With Michael Jackson’s death, I actually think it would not just be Nicole and Joel – granting this report is true – who would name their kid after the King of Pop. Michael is after all a legend.

But while Nicole is rumored to name her next bub after Michael Jackson, her once BFF, Paris Hilton claims that the latter named his only daughter after her.

Talking to Extra TV, Paris shares, “My mom and Michael went to high school together and they were best friends since they were 13,” Paris explains. “So I grew up knowing Michael very well and when he had his daughter, he always loved the name Paris and grew up being an uncle to me. So he asked my mom if it was okay and of course she said yes and I think she’s such a beautiful little girl and I’m proud we have the same name.”

Oh well, back to Nicole, what do you think of her naming her second bub after Michael?

Out and about on the beach in Malibu this weekend, mom-to-be for the second time around, Nicole Richie showed how pregnant women these days should be: proud and comfortable with their baby bumps.

Now on her third trimester, – she’s due to give birth this summer – the mom to Harlow accompanied by her ever loving and supportive boyfriend, Joel Madden took some romantic time together sans their eldest. As you can see on the photo above, Nicole was obviously proud to flaunt that growing baby bump of hers. Actually, that bump sure looked so huge now I am the one who’s afraid it’d burst out any moment.

Meanwhile, speaking of her second baby, rumors got it that the parents are already giving their unborn child an early lesson on how to be environmentally friendly. Wonder how’s that? Well it was reported that the two has turned their second baby’s nursery into a green haven.

A source tells National Enquirer how Nicole demanded every item in the baby’s room to be as natural as possible. The source said, “She fussed over every imaginable detail, right down to the type of cotton in the sheets and the linens to the type of paint used on the walls.”

“Even the toys are an environmentalist’s dream. Nicole is a model mum and she’s determined to teach her kids to honour the earth.”

Now that is what I actually call as responsible parents.

As first time parents to Harlow Winter Kate last year, it is quite expected for Nicole Richie and Joel Madden to struggle on the adjustments and of course the huge changes in their lives.

Now that Nicole is carrying her second baby with the Good Charlotte rocker, how was it different compared to the first?

Well Joel shared that this time around, things are actually easier as far as Nicole’s second pregnancy is concern.

“It’s a lot easier. You’ve already been through it and it’s not as intense and dramatic. We’re a little more relaxed. It’s actually kind of nice.” he said last Friday to People before deejaying at Prive Las Vegas.

But if they’ve already known the sex of the baby already, Joel just said: “We don’t know what the sex is. We waited on the first one and it was such an awesome experience that we can’t wait to see what the next one is. It’s exciting to wait it out.”

If you can remember, Nicole, during her interview at the Larry King Live also revealed that she’d rather just wait ‘til the baby comes out for her to find out her baby’s sex.

Obviously these two love surprises. I guess that’s one of the reasons why fans do not get tired of them. I love this pair. In spite being rich and famous there’s just something about Nicole Richie and Joel Madden that’s just like any of us.

As for Nicole’s second pregnancy, what’s important is that she and the baby are safe and healthy.

If we may recall, Nicole Richie once revealed in Larry King Live that she’s actually wanting her second baby’s name a surprise. She said: “We want the surprise. What is there really to plan? I’ll get the clothes after.”

However, it seems like the media’s been speculating too much to have already assumed the former reality star to be having a boy this time. In fact, they seem to have assumed to much that they even claim to have a source telling them what Nicole and her boyfriend, Joel Madden would name their second baby.

A source (wonder why they remain anonymous when they claim to be friends of the star) recently told Star Magazine that Baron would be the potential name of baby number 2. Said the source, “When she heard Donald Trump had named his baby that, she told Joel she really liked it.” Hmmm, wasn’t Paris Hilton’s younger brother’s name is Baron? I’m sure this wasn’t the first time she’s heard of the name.

‘Pals’ were also said to have shared about what they know Nicole might name her baby.

“She also likes the names Kypher, a mythological creature, and Martavious, which means ’special one.’ She wants something that’s going to get a lot of attention.”

Now this is funny, on his Twitter profile, Joel happened to write: “Styles is such a great name.” Is he referring to Harlow’s coming little sister or brother here? And wait, isn’t Styles a name for girls? I guess this just proves to say that not even he and Nicole still know their next baby’s sex, so those baby name rumors would just have to remain rumors.

So said her boyfriend, Joel Madden who downright slammed rumors that Nicole Richie is having some “pregnancy scare”.

As reported by the National Enquirer, sources (I wonder how reliable these sources are as they claim to be) revealed of Nicole’s trouble in her second pregnancy.

“Terrified that she was going into premature labor, Nicole Richie pleaded for help from boyfriend Joel Madden when she was overcome with severe stomach pains during a night on the town recently,” said the sources.

“They were out to dinner in Los Angeles on one of their regular weekly date nights when Nicole felt shooting pains in her abdomen. She told Joel she felt dizzy and nauseous,” another insider revealed.

“Her deepest fear was that she was going into early labor and might lose the baby, and she freaked out because she felt so weak she thought she was going to faint. At one point, she screamed out to Joel, ‘I’m really scared! Please save my baby!”

“With her history of drug addiction and health issues, Nicole couldn’t shake the thought that something had gone seriously wrong with the pregnancy,” ended the mole.

All these statements were answered by Joel in one word – FALSE!

And of course we believe him.

With Joel Madden and Nicole Richie addicted to Twitter these days, I don’t think they’d miss Twittering this kind of incident. Besides, we’ve seen Nicole at the American Idol Finale looking better than ever; glowing with her pregnancy, so I wonder where these unfounded reports came from.

It looks like Nicole Richie, who is more or less on her second trimester now, is still having her cravings – not that this isn’t normal of course.

A source close to Nicole and her boyfriend Joel Madden recently shared that the expectant mom for the second time is currently craving for a particular type of pickles.

“After enjoying lunch with Harlow at Beverly Hills deli Nate ‘n Al, Nicole told Joel she wanted some pickles to go. Joel popped back in the eatery and came out seconds later with the goods,” said the source. Unfortunately, Joel didn’t seem to get the kind of pickle Nicole was craving as the insider revealed, “Nicole told him, ‘These aren’t the right ones,’ and sent him back. Joel finally got the order right the second time round.”

Who says pregnancy is easy, right?!

Good thing Joel is always there to assist Nicole in her pregnancy needs and cravings.

While waiting for the second baby to come, mother and daughter, Nicole Richie and Harlow Winter Kate took themselves for some bonding as they were spotted in Hollywood, reportedly making a pit stop at a Starbucks.

Looking casual in a sweater and a tied-and-dyed bag, Nicole was looking great toting her little Harlow and Harlow’s little giraffe. I don’t know about you but the older she gets, Harlow is looking more and more like her dad, Joel Madden. Other than her sense of fashion probably, Harlow’s got everything in Joel’s look. How’s that for the mini Joel, huh?!

Speaking of Joel, after that bad experience with British Airways – where he almost missed his flight for his tattoos – the Good Charlotte vocalist seems to be in a homesick mode today as he just tweeted about everyone to go tweet Nicole and ask her to call him, he said: “yes. and could someone have Nicole call me? is it sad i have to ask her over twitter so she’ll feel bad and call me? Hey it saves money”

He after a while updated with: “She called me everyone. My girlfriend called me.”

Ahhh… the wonder of Twitter.

You know why these two are still together? Well aside from the fact that they have their cute Harlow and another one on the way, Nicole and Joel are obviously complimenting each other. Joel can have fun without Nicole and vice versa, but at the end of the day, they know it’s still one another they need. Awww…

It hasn’t been quite a while since Joel Madden made his announcement – through his Good Charlotte blog – about Nicole Richie’s second pregnancy and now we see Nic’s baby bump growing really fast now.

Getting further along in her pregnancy term, the then reality TV star was seen last Friday (April 17) grabbing some grub at Sharky’s in Toluca Lake following a Pilates workout session at a gym nearby then spending some play time with her daughter Harlow at the Greystone Mansion and Park in Beverly Hills.

Playing with her 1-year old, Nicole is obviously still is trying to be the active mom that she is repeatedly lifting her bub up in the air. And Harlow is apparently having the timeof her life playing with mommy. What a cute girl Nicole and Joel have here.

With Joel Madden being a twin himself, I don’t think it is impossible for him and Nicole to also have a set of twins coming.

This too, is what magazines and other reports are speculating. – That Nicole, pregnant for the second time and her partner Joel are expecting of twins.

A source recently tells Star that, “Nicole said the other day that she’s eating for three, and it didn’t seem like she was joking.”

Now the magazine reports that, “Nicole is telling friends that she’s having twins. She’s hoping they’re boys. She’s so excited.”

Hmmm… Harlow being a big sister soon is already exciting. With the possibility of Nicole having twins is actually more exciting! We couldn’t be happier if these reports turn out true. If this happens, Nicole and Joel will join the roster of Hollywood celebrities with twins that include, Brad and Angelina, Ricky Martin, and JLo and Marc Anthony.

After concealing that baby bump through her fashionable maxi dresses, second time mom-to-be, Nicole Richie finally flaunted her growing baby bump last Wednesday (March 18).

Hitting the “What Comes around Goes Around” store opening, Nicole showed off that bump as she sported on a on a pair of skinny jeans and gold top with a ruffle trim. And yeah, looking closer and longer, I couldn’t help but think if this bump is really true. Why Harlow’s mom still looked super svelte despite the pregnancy.

While Nicole attended the party sans her partner, Joel, Joel’s brother Josh was there to watch over and hang out with his in-law.

Asked about his reaction on Nicole’s second pregnancy, Josh shared to E! News, “I think being an uncle for anyone is always good.”

Despite their resemblance (being identical twins that they are), it seems that Benji Madden and his twin brother, Joel are now living very different lives now.

While Benji seems enjoying singlehood (he broke up with Nicole’s BFF, Paris Hilton last November), Joel is obviously loving the life of a family man; being Nicole Richie’s partner and daddy to Harlow and to their second baby coming.

But of course Benj couldn’t get any happier for his brother and is just as excited to be an uncle again. He recently shared to People magazine that he knew about Nic’s second pregnancy long before Joel made public announcement.

“You have to wait before you can tell people. I found out a little bit earlier. We’re twin brothers so we share everything,” he revealed.

The Good Charlotte guitarist, who thinks the pregnancy is “exciting” is hoping that his brother do wish his brother to have a big family as he believes the couple (Nicole and Joel) are “the best parents” he has seen.

He continues, “The family vibe in our band is really strong right now and we’re all really enjoying that. I’m the last single guy in the band so I get to dive into the music a little more, which I love. My life is great right now. It’s wonderful.”

But talking about being a dad himself in the future, Benj shares, “I’m great with kids and I absolutely want kids when the time is right and I have the right partner. I’ll bring them on tour. They’ll be little rock ‘n’ roll kids.”

Aww… isn’t he just sweet? Can’t wait for the time that Benj will finally meet the right girl for him. Too bad Paris let go of this beautiful man.

In 2005, Nicole Richie was once quoted saying, “I’d like to have five. In a perfect world, I’d have three girls and twin boys.”

Now that she’s on her way to her second baby, I am sure Nicole and Joel can’t get any happier at all. And what better way to celebrate their joy as expecting parents again than to share it with friends at the Oscar after party.

Holding hands with Joel, Harlow’s mom – clad in a bright yellow dress – was reported to have stayed out until 4 a.m. last Monday (February 23) at a private bash in the Hollywood Hills hosted by industry heavyweights Rick Yorn, Patrick Whitesell, Mike Deluca and Brent Bolthouse.

And although I find the dress a bit dowdy for Nicole’s fashionista image, I sure can easily forgive that with a source telling Usmagazine.com that “She looks very happy.” Wherever our Nicole is happy, we will be there.

Meanwhile, as the two hit the party scene last Monday, friends of the couple continue to give their congratulatory remarks.

Surprised and enthusiastic, Kathy Hilton told Hollyscoop, “Nicole is having another baby! She’s like a third daughter to me. I found out at a party just a few minutes ago! It’s always good to balance it out with two. Hopefully it’s a boy!”

Suzanne Somers, being experienced parent that she is advised, “The important thing is that if you choose to be a parent, then do that job well…if you don’t do it well, you don’t feel good about yourself.” While Brooke Burns excitedly remarked, “Good for her!”

Motherhood for the second time around may like be winning in casino online games for Nicole. But we all know that our petite fashionista deserves all the blessings there is.

Actually who wouldn’t be?

Well after Joel Madden made a surprise announcement about him and Nicole Richie expecting their second baby, everybody – fans and friends alike – are raving with excitement for the couple’s expanding family.

To date, Joel Madden’s blog post at Good Charlotte’s official website has already gained 275 comments from fans and counting. I guess even those playing online casinos are excited with the news.

Now, it’s the couples pals who expressed their joy and thrill for the Richie-Madden family.

Nicole’s on-again-off-again BFF, Paris Hilton, during the 1st Annual Leeza Gibbons Night to Make a Difference in Beverly Hills recently told People how excited she is for her friend, saying, “I’m so excited for Nicole.”

Even Paris ’s mom, Kathy expressed her joy for Nicole sharing her hunch for a coming baby boy. “I think it’s going to be a boy,” she said. “I’m never wrong.”

Meanwhile, Chuck actor Zachary Levi, who worked with Richie when she guest-starred on the show shared to People what he thinks about the expectant mom.

“She’s a cool chick. I think that they’ll be a good unit to hopefully bring up their kids in a way where they are stand-up individuals who lead their generation into being a good one,” said the cutie actor.

Angie Harmon on the other hand thinks Nicole’s experience with now 13-month old Harlow would make her parenting for the second time way easier.

She said, “She knows what she’s doing since she already has one.” Which she then added a request for Nicole to “Start a maternity line!”.

I guess these just show how much loved Joel and Nicole are by the people surrounding them.

Their daughter, Harlow Winter Kate just turned one last January 11. It’s quite amazing how time flies so fast in the life of Nicole Richie and Joel Madden being new parents.

And for this, let’s do a little retrospection refreshing what it were being new parents to their lovely, Harlow.

Here are excerpts from the interview People had with the two last year.

How have things changed since Harlow arrived?
Nicole: It’s crazy. It’s almost like I don’t even remember what life was like before her. She gives life a whole new meaning and a whole new purpose.

How did you first tell Joel you were pregnant?
Nicole: I picked a really bad time! I couldn’t hold it in. He was flying from Japan to Europe , so right before he gets on a 16-hour flight I was like, “I have to tell you something.”

How has Harlow changed your perspective on life?
Nicole: Everything I do, I think about how it will benefit her or hurt her. She’s never out of my mind. I stop doing things for me anymore. Everything is for her.

Now wasn’t that just adorable?

A rocker with a huge heart…

Well despite his punk image, it looks like Joel Madden’s twin brother, Benji has more that meets the eye.

In an interview with People magazine, Benj shares about how protective he is over his niece, Harlow.

“I’m going to be keeping a close eye on her. I’ll leave the shotgun right by the door,” tells Benji talking abut the inevitable dating future of his 1-year-old niece.

Asked about the parenting skills of Joel and Nicole, he reveals, “When they had her, their instincts just kind of came out, and it’s amazing to see. They just really put their child above everything. Joel is such a great dad and Nicole is the best mom I’ve ever seen. Joel is all about showing up. His main concern in life is protecting and caring for his family.”

Now I guess this loving side of Benji is something that Paris Hilton will always miss.
